I'm using your plasma-theme and Network-manager plasmoid icons are not shown :(

mmm that's true, I think that is because the icon theme don't have the icons for wireless xD (only happens with this plasma theme?)

Anyway, in the shots I'm not using the NM plasmoid, it's the KNM applet (app)

You mean the toolbar buttons around the
corners when in "embedded" mode? yeah that's a
bug in bespin :) you need to speak c++ to fix it tho :)
